Our Location

Bosavern House lies at the centre of all you imagine from your ideal holiday in Cornwall. We are surrounded by some of the country's most beautiful coastline and landscapes, wonderful sandy beaches, pretty fishing coves, historic towns and glorious gardens.

St Just

The town of St Just is just a two minute drive away by car - or a delightful 15 minute walk across field and town footpaths. Its many narrow streets and rows of granite cottages reflect its central role in the thriving mining industry of the 18th, 19th and early 20th century. The town is now part of the World Heritage Site for Cornish Mining. In addition to its heritage, it offers the visitor a selection of pubs, cafes, shops, art galleries, a library, Post Office - and a large free car park.

Cot Valley

Bosavern House overlooks the beautiful Cot Valley. The walk from the house down to the sea takes about 20 minutes. Along the way you may enjoy the changing views - from the fields at Bosavern, to the sub-tropical lushness of the gardens in the Cot Valley hamlet, the gorse and bracken-covered valley with its lively, sparkling stream and, finally, the beach at Porth Nanven with its amazing rounded boulders which are of national geological significance.
